The treatment of MPAL with Ven combined with HMAs achieved a high remission rate and can be used as an alternative treatment for MPAL.

Venetoclax plus hypomethylating agents induced complete remission in all four newly diagnosed MPAL patients, with manageable myelosuppression and infections, suggesting this combination as a promising alternative treatment option.

AML-MP clinically and biologically differs from MPAL but resembles AML. AML-MP shows RUNX1 mutations, stemness and limited lineage plasticity.

This NIH-funded preprint shows AML-MP resembles AML more than MPAL, with frequent RUNX1 mutations, stemness signatures, and limited lineage plasticity, supporting its exclusion from MPAL classification under WHO guidelines.

The "VA" scheme has been extensively used in AML treatment, but its application in AUL treatment has not yet been reported. This study is the first to report an AUL...

A patient with NRAS-mutated, del(5q) acute undifferentiated leukemia achieved complete remission after one cycle of venetoclax + azacitidine, followed by successful allogeneic HSCT, highlighting potential efficacy of this novel regimen in AUL.

In summary, the VEN combination regimen is effective for the treatment of newly diagnosed AML patients in the real world despite VEN dose reductions .

In newly diagnosed AML, a reduced-dose, shorter-duration venetoclax plus azacitidine regimen achieved strong response rates (ORR 69.4%, CRc 66.7%) and survival outcomes, suggesting effective, safer dosing optimization for real-world patients.
